Laid-back Fitness’ popular Young Ninja program serves kids of all ages and skill levels. With open gym times for toddlers to teens, and movement instruction starting at age 4, ninjas build strength, confidence, and coordination through play, fitness, and natural movement. It’s more than just fun; it’s a powerful way to support physical, mental, and emotional growth!

Fundamentals

(6+, 8+)

Except for our Tiny and Minis, ninjas new to LbF start with smaller classes in our Studio that focus on essential skills to crush life and eventually our classes in the Jungle.

Rec Ninjas

(6+, 8+, 11+)

After we establish the fundamentals, ninjas move on to the Jungle where they learn how to overcome obstacles safely and efficiently. We hope this approach stays with our ninjas as the encounter life’s inevitable obstacles!

Ninja Team

(6+, 9+, 12+)

Think American Ninja Warrior — but for kids! Our Ninja Team trains athletes ages 6+ to compete against ninjas from gyms across the region and beyond. If your child is ready to take their skills to the next level, this is it.

Homeschool Families — We've Got You!

Our Homeschool Ninjas program offers physical education and open play for kids 6+ whose families homeschool. Get structured movement, social interaction, and ninja fun built into your school week.
