Our program challenges all levels to become stronger and more resilient while having fun! While our atmosphere is loose, we take our ability to perform seriously, and our members work hard to make themselves better!

30-Day Group Trial

Give our workouts a try and join our community of mentally strong, physically competent, and emotionally supportive members!

30-Day Hybrid Trial

Try the full LbF experience which includes our Private Trial as well as 30 days of unlimited group classes. This is the best of both worlds! You get the attention and customization of our private training as well as the motivation and camaraderie of our group training environment!

Our Class Selection

We offer 5 different classes at our facility as well as an outdoor class all year round!

Combatives

Our Combatives classes teach a blend of striking, grappling, and distance management in realistic self-defense scenarios! No experience necessary!

Strength

Our Strength classes utilize kettlebells and body weight to develop useful strength! Over the course of our 6-week “blocks,” we vary rep ranges, tempo, and range of motion to make serious gains!

Ninja

Our Ninja classes get you ready for Obstacle Course Races (OCR) and/or Ninja competitions by practicing parkour and MovNat techniques on our obstacles. These classes fly by and barely feel like a workout…until the next day!

Hybrid

Our Hybrid classes develop versatility through a combination of strength, cardio, combative, and ninja skills! Expect your heart to pump, your muscles to burn, and your brain to sweat as you explore our favorite movement systems: MovNat, Parkour, Animal Flow, Jiu-jitsu, and more!

Coach's Challenge

Our Coach’s Challenge is designed to push your limits and test that mental strength we always talk about! It changes weekly so you never know what you’re gonna get!

Outdoor Hiking

Our outdoor hiking programs run all year round and feature a blend of hills and skills to get you ready for our group hikes in the White Mountains!
