Our founder discovered the Primal Blueprint in 2009. After incorporating it into his routine, he lost weight, gained muscle, increased energy, and eventually quit his career to start a business helping people do the same (results not typical).

- Our primal cohort meets weekly for 30 minutes to talk, move, solve the world’s problems, etc.
- You get a tracking sheet to monitor your primal activities.
- You get unlimited group classes to address the primal movement goals.
- You get body composition testing to see how you’re responding.
- You get a passionate coach/guide who’s done it for 15 years and wants you to succeed!
