Rest/Recovery Week

Not doing much this week.  I will try to squeeze in some POSE technique drills, but life is getting in the way of training at the moment.  Typically I’ll work in a rest week after 3 weeks of hard training but I’m starting this one early based on how my body has responded to the last couple WODs and how many items on the to-do list need to be crossed off.

I originally got the idea from beginnertriathlete.com.  Lots of other people do this as well.  Until next week, here’s some reading material for you…
